Trendory Holding collects only the data needed to correspond with founders, LPs, and partners. This page explains what we store, why, and the rights you have.

Data we collect
When you submit a pitch, subscribe to updates, or request an LP deck, we store: your name, email, company, and the content you send. When you visit the site, we collect anonymous server logs (IP, user agent, URL) for operations and abuse detection.
How we use it
To respond to pitches and requests, send periodic updates (if you've subscribed), operate our infrastructure, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
Sharing with third parties
We use infrastructure vendors (email, hosting, analytics) under data processing agreements. LP and founder data may be shared with legal counsel, auditors, and the LPAC when genuinely required for fund operations. When you submit through an event landing page, your email and phone number are one-way hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before being sent to our advertising platform (TikTok, Meta) for conversion measurement — neither Trendory nor TikTok receives the raw values.
Retention
Pitch data is retained for 24 months after the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion. LP data is retained per legal and LPAC requirements. Server logs rotate on a 90-day cycle.
Your rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@trendory.vn. We respond within 30 days.
